It is our goal to make our internet service agreement as simple as possible and to the point. Our goal as a company is to provide fantastic customer service with unbeatable technology. We hate the legalese in those ridiculously long, boring agreements just as much as you do! This is a simple transaction: You want to buy quality Internet Service, and we want to provide it to you… Let’s keep it as simple as possible! Here we go:

This agreement is effective January 1, 2018.


If you’re a new customer, you will receive an invoice for the installation and activation costs of your Internet Service upon the return of this agreement to When paid, your online account will be created and your installation will be scheduled.

To pay your bill each month, please go and log into your account.

For regular support customers, we promise to respond within 24 hours.

For Premium Support customers, there is no wait time. We are at your beck and call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!


An obvious rule about the service we’re providing to you: You cannot resell our Standard Commercial Internet Service or allow 3rd parties to use the service we’re providing you! Also, this includes (but is not limited to) publically hosting shared files or maintaining open WiFi access for unaffiliated users. If you need dedicated services that can be used in this manner, we can actually design a package that accommodates this. However, for regular Internet Service, our pricing structures are as low as they can be, which means they are only designed to service just one customer.


We believe in straightforward, fair, open and honest business practices! Our agreement prices are month‐to‐month. If you aren’t happy with our Internet Service at any point in time, we won’t force you to stay with us by having you locked into some crazy, long term contract that’s too expensive to get out of. We believe that you’ll stay with us, not because you’re hamstrung in a contract, but because you appreciate our technology and you love our service!

We have three legal documents which describe the details of our Internet Service relationship with our customers: Our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), Terms of Service (“TOS”), and Privacy Policy. We keep the latest versions of each at:

AURA FIBER shall, under the terms of this agreement, provide the customer with the selected services according the following fee schedule:

Monthly Reoccurring Service Charges*

The following Internet Service speeds reflect a hard‐wired internet connection (not wireless) and are quoted as Download first, and Upload second. Internet speeds may sometimes fluctuate. For optimal wireless performance, make sure you are using an adequate wireless router (we provide one free of charge!).

Premium Remote Support $100/mo

‐ 24/7/365 availability, <1 hour response time, guaranteed

Upgraded Wireless Router

‐  Enhanced security protocols

‐  Upgraded Wireless Network

‐  Separate internet access configurations for Guest/Employees/Executives with up to 16 networks

‐  Enterprise AC Wave 2 Dual Band WiFi Access Points Supporting starting at $299 each (one‐time fee)

‐  Enterprise VPN Router with WiFi network segregation from $379 (one‐time fee)

One Time Activation and Configuration Charge(s)*
An installation fee of $979 is due upon the execution of this agreement. Our professional installation includes the following:

‐  Labor and materials to run fiber cable to the service location

‐  Activation of Fiber connection

‐  Modem and wireless router setup and configuration

* Connection taxation and the cost of managing Federal, State and Local Taxes & Fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the bill. Late payment charges of 18% per annuim plus a 5% late fee will be assessed for delinquent accounts in accordance with the Payment section of the AURA FIBER ‐ Internet Acceptable Use Policy.

** Free WiFi Router and all other hardware provided by AURA FIBER remains the property of AURA FIBER and is available for the customers use as long as the account remains in good standing. The Customer is responsible for returning the provided hardware at Customers own experience within 30 days of terminiation of applicable services or Customer will be billed for current retail value of the hardware retained.

*** Services automatically renew monthly until this agreement has been terminiated as defined by the Terms and Conditions.
